When will my order ship?
Orders typically take 7-10 business days to process. If your order includes a custom logo it may take longer. Your order is routed the plant that is closest to your location to minimize shipping time.

Can I view my Order Status if I didn't create an account at checkout?
Yes, you can view your order status by clicking the ORDER STATUS link on the right side of the screen. You will need to enter the email address associated with the order and the order number provided in the confirmation email.

What is UPS Basic?
UPS Basic is a service that utilizes the United States Postal Service to finalize delivery of packages. If you live in a rural area UPS will deliver your package to your local post office, who will then deliver your package with your mail. UPS Basic only applies to residential rural addresses. If you are a business or a residence in an urban area, UPS will deliver the package as normal.

Is there an addition charge for my custom logo?
No, the price you pay for the form includes all imprinting including numbering and logos. Please note that the imprint will appear in only the color listed on the form. For example, if you send a black logo but the form has a red imprint, the logo will be printed in red.

How do I get my custom logo to you?
Check your confirmation email for the link to upload your logo. If you do not have your confirmation email log in to your account, click the link to View Order History, and look for the link at the top of the page.

What if there is an error when I receive my order?
We have a 100% Unconditional Satisfaction Guarantee, if there is a mistake on your form contact customer service. We will re-print and re-ship your order at no charge, even if the mistake was your fault. That's a NO RISK Guarantee!

Can my order be rushed?
In most cases your order can be rushed, however not all products have the ability to be rushed. If rush production is an option it will appear as a choice on the product page.

We have two levels of Rush, there is a 24 hour rush and your order must be received before 11:30am Eastern Time, your order will be produced and shipped out the same day. Our production Facilities do not operate on Saturday or Sunday. If you request 24 hour rush on Friday after noon eastern time your order will be processed and shipped the following Monday provided it is not a holiday.

We also offer a 72 hour expedite which guarantees your order will be processed and shipped within 72 hours.

The rush fees do NOT include expedited shipping. If you choose next day air or second day air shipping we will ship the minimum quantity usually 100 or 250 via the expedited method chosen.

Only certain products can be rushed, see the individual product to check whether rush production is available on that product.

How much is shipping?
UPS Ground Shipping is free on all items manufactured by Deluxe and there is no minimum order total required. Items manufactured by Navitor companies will show shipping based on product weight in the cart prior to check-out.

We can also ship your items via priority mail, UPS Next Day Air, or UPS Second Day Air for an additional charge.

All Business Checks must be sent to a physical address.

Can I place my order by phone or fax?
Yes, you can call our customer service representatives to place an order. You can also call our toll free number (855) 536-7675 and choose option 1 to speak to a customer service representative or choose option 6 to have an order form faxed to you via our automated system. Is there a charge for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Virgin Islands?
There is a charge for Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Islands. Standard shipping is the cheapest method of delivery for locations outside the continental US and in most cases will be shipped Priority Mail. You will be shown the total shipping charge based on your order during checking out.

When will I receive my proof?
You will typically receive your proof within 24-48 hours of placing your order. The composition department does not work weekends and proofs will be delivered the following business days.

My order shipped without my approval.
In order to ensure timely production and minimize resources we will try to contact you by email, and automated phone messages regarding your proof. If we do not receive a response within 7 business days your order will ship without approval. To ensure you receive important emails, please add to your email address book or white list.

How many complimentary proofs will I receive?
We will provide 3 complimentary proofs per product. If you continue to make changes and request additional proofs there will be a $15.00 charge per proof after the 3rd unless we mistakenly sent out a proof before information had been corrected.

About Removing a Bank Authorization
When you place an order, Amazon contacts the issuing bank to confirm the validity of the payment method. Your bank reserves the funds until the transaction processes or the authorization expires, but this isn't an actual charge.The authorization will be removed from your account according to the policies of your bank. To remove an authorization, contact your bank to clarify how long they hold authorizations for online orders.
