Shipping Policy
The preferred method of shipment is UPS Ground or Basic. If you are having your order delivered to a Residential Address your package will be delivered via UPS Basic - UPS will deliver the package to your closest United States Post Office sorting facility and then your local post office will complete delivery. UPS Ground is only used when delivered to a verified business address.
Most Imprinted products require 3-5 business days for Production.
Adding a custom logo will add 2 business days to production time.
Non-Imprinted products normally ship within 48 hours
We will send out 3 complimentary proofs regarding your order, if additional changes are to be made there is a $20.00 fee for each additional proof.
In order to ensure timely production and minimize resources we will try to contact you by email, and automated phone messages regarding your proof. If we do not receive a response within 10 business days your order will ship without approval. To ensure you receive important emails, please add orders@5forms.com to your email address book or white list. Please see our return policy regarding automatic approvals.
We can ship products anywhere in the United States using UPS or the United States Postal Service.
Standard Shipping is free to the US. The standard shipping carriers are UPS Ground, Priority Mail, First Class Mail, and Parcel Post. Shipping will be determined, at our discression, by the shipping address, weight, quantity, and size of the products ordered.
Next Day Air and Second Day Air are available at an additional charge. If you choose Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air Shipping please clarify which ITEM is to be shipped with the expedited method.
If you need multiple items shipped via NDA or SDA please call customer service as there will be additional charges per item, the charge shown online is for ONE PRODUCT ONLY. We ONLY Ship the minimum quantity via the expedited method, the remainder will be sent UPS Ground. For example if you order 1000 Forms and choose Next Day Air we will send 250 (the minimum) expedited and the remaining 750 UPS Ground.
Most products can be shipped to Canada. The only exception is financial products such as checks, and deposit tickets as we are a US Company and do not have the Canadian Banking Standards available for printing Candian Cheques. UPS Ground Shipping to Canada is a flat rate of $30.00
Canada orders are subject to Tax and are the responsibility of the customer.
Puerto Rico, Saipan, Hawaii, Alaska, and the US Virgin Islands will be shipped priority mail. Shipping charges to these locations are applied during checkout and free standard shipping does not apply.
PLEASE NOTE: Rush Production Fees do not include shipping fees. These fees are to expedite your order to the press only. If you choose to have a product rushed and then choose UPS Ground, your order will ship UPS Ground. If you need an item tomorrow you must choose 24 Hour Rush (Before 11:30am) as well as Next Day Air Shipping in order to have your product the following day. If you choose to have a proof on your product, the rush production does not apply until you have approved the proof. If you order on Monday, receive your proof on Tuesday and approve the proof on Wednesday, the rush production time starts Wednesday.
